This beautiful beachfront townhome is a perfect getaway for a couple or a family of 4 and is only a short walk (via the beach or the golf course) from the Ritz Carlton resort with its 4 restaurants and spa facilities. This peaceful 3-level corner unit is a modern and bright, air-conditioned home, just a few steps from the island's pristine beaches, with two outdoor balconies offering expansive views of the dunes and the Atlantic. You may even spy Gopher Tortoises and rabbits sunning themselves in the dunes as you walk out to the beach! The property has its own private entrance with off-street parking and also provides key access to the community pool directly opposite. This thoughtfully designed unit has fast WI-FI, 3 flat-screen TVs, a well-equipped kitchen with filtered water, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, as well as 2 bathrooms with either a bath or shower and hair dryers.

"Ideal spot for an amazing get-away to the beach with sisters! We loved the location and the beautiful accommodations…clean, comfortable, inviting, relaxing, and fully stocked with all we needed. The welcome note, hostess gift, and displayed rental info were greatly appreciated. Belle Rive is our new favorite beachfront home in Florida! We look forward to a return visit!

Perfect Vacation

"This was our first trip to Amelia Island and it will NOT be our last. The only issue with our trip this week is that it's coming to an end. This week has been amazing and just want we needed for a low key and relaxing family vacation. Perfect location, perfect weather and perfect week all around. We loved our sunset cruises, all the food we had was amazing, but I think our favorite was Down Under. Thank you for lending your home to us and I can't wait until next time!

"Our little family enjoyed this location! We had a fully stocked kitchen, easy walkable access to the beach as we were set between two different boardwalks, pool access and just overall a very cozy home. Couldn’t have asked for a better place that is close enough to some really good restaurants/shopping. Our host added a nice touch to our arrival with some local made fudge and a card welcoming us into the rental. I would recommend 10/10 to stay here.

Perfect for our family of four

"The townhome was perfect for our family of four. Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed! We felt very at home there. The location was perfect, right on the beach & within 10 minutes to a bunch of restaurants. Seeing the bunnies and turtles was a bonus for our two girls :) We will probably rent this place again in the future! Amelia is one of our FAV beaches! "This property was so homey and nicely decorated. Very short walk to the beach. Kitchen was one of the most well stocked, and I appreciated some natural products, such as organic laundry detergent and wool dryer balls. We could have used extra pillow cases and an iron (instead of steamer) but we also didn’t ask. Feel sure the management company would have tried to accommodate had we asked. We’re already looking for dates to rent this property again, and we’ve stayed in multiple rentals at Amelia over the past 20 years. This was one of our favorites! Wonderful Stay!

"What a wonderful, CLEAN and efficient condo. We enjoyed our family trip so much. The condo is split into 3 levels which we appreciated the architecture of and enjoyed all levels. This condo is well equipped with everything you need for cooking and more. Beautifully decorated and specializing in comfort. It’s a perfect location! Just off of the beach enough not to have heavy walking traffic But, close enough to have clear views on the top deck. Not to mention daily turtle and bunny interactions. It was like having a zoo in your backyard. The downtown area is over flowing with architect, shops and restaurants. We didn’t have enough time to soak it all in this trip. But, absolutely LOVE Amelia island and this condo. We will definitely be revisiting. Thank you for helping our family to create memories that will last a lifetime.
