Very nice condo for me, wife and kids, and my two parents. The setting is beautiful with old growth oak and palm trees. Very short walk to the beach and pool. The pool is a nice size, never felt crowded. The beach was not crowded at all the whole week of the 4th of July we were there. Short drive into the historic town for great eating and shopping. The private parking space right at the foot of the entrance was very nice, especially for my orthopedically challenged parents. It’s on the first floor, so no balcony view of the ocean, but it is a pleasant view of the Florida landscape.
